Standard shipping for orders within Australia is $12. FREE Standard Shipping for orders $150 and over within Australia only.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. If you live outside metropolitan areas, please allow additional time for postage. Please allow up to 7 business days for Western Australia locations. All Gentle Habits parcels are automatically set to AUTHORITY TO LEAVE.
If you live in an apartment building or where it is not safe to leave your parcel, AusPost will leave a collection slip as notification of your delivery.

Express Shipping for all orders within Australia is $15.

Simply select PICK UP option at checkout.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for collection.
Collect your order from our Head Quarters in Torquay: 2/9 Haystacks Dr, Torquay, VIC, Australia, 3228.
Pick up orders will be held for a maximum of two weeks only.

Local pick up hours are between 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we are not open weekends or public holidays for local pick up orders.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and dispatched via Aus Post pending payment.
Once your order has been shipped your will receive an email with tracking details.
Gentle Habits is not and will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and email customer service hello@togosun.com.au

New Zealand Standard International Shipping is a $20 or $35 flat rate pending your total order weight. 
Rest of World Standard International Shipping is a $25 or $40 flat rate pending your total order weight for international standard shipping. There is no free shipping on International orders. 

Gentle Habits is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

The recipient will be liable for any local duty, tax and/orother import costs on orders placed outside of Australia.

Orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may incur duties and taxes applied by customs.
The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. Gentle Habits is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country which delivery is made.

Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes on an order applied by customs, it is the customers responsibility to arrange for the order to be returned to Gentle Habits in order to receive a refund. Please contact your local customs office formore information regarding taxes and duties on international orders in your region.

We currently ship to New Zealand and some other international countries. We are working with our shipping partners and hope to bring complete international shipping to Gentle Habits very soon.
